My brand new car was recently involved in an accident. Rimrock Auto had it for over two months, and when I finally got the call to pick up the car, the condition of it was appalling. When I came to pick it up they had awkwardly backed it into a parking spot to deliberately hide the sloppy body work, major panel gaps, water in the "brand new OEM" tail lights, and partially unfinished, unpainted edges on the replaced panels. The situation was even worse when I got into the car; the formerly pristine interior was COVERED in dirt and dust. The seats, dashboard, and buttons were caked in filthy shop mess, not a single surface was even remotely clean. The entire car also reeked of paint smell-no odor on the outside, but the fumes were so strong inside the car it would be impossible to drive without the windows down. I refused the car until they could fix it properly, and the only thing I got in response was "uhh I guess we'll call you in a week or so." Don't waste your time here. They're sloppy and unprofessional.

Edit: Two weeks later, the car was returned with a cleaned interior, but the panel work will never look as good as it should. Cannot emphasize enough how much you should avoid this place. American Auto Body does much better work.

Unfortunately my experience wasn't as great as the other reviewers. I had a simple paint job that turned into a nightmare. Needless to say, for the small fixes, they didn't take their time. Their excuse was due to the hail storm. Understandbly they're busy with this, as most body shops are. However,  I felt I was at a disservice, they shouldn't have agreed to take my car in for the minor repair work if they were going to do a subpar job. After about seven times back-n-forth, overspray on car, windows I had to live with it as the receptionist said no customer was like me. So I ended up taking my vehicle to American Auto body. I let them know my concern, and without judgment they took me under their wing and completed the job in two days. I was very content with their work and will return there. Unfortunately my friends that have taken their cars to Rimrock Autobody, one a GMC and the other a Subaru they ended up having mis-matched paint, overspray, damage to interior, and or window trim. I won't return, or recommend them. Seeing that they could careless because they have bigger fish to fry.

Great service. I went off of the reviews online to find this place, I am so glad I did. They were able to get my car in for repair right away. Had it fixed within the time frame they said they would. So pleasant to talk to on the phone they were able to answer my questions and make me feel everything was going to be okay with my car in their hands. All around very happy with the service I received at Rimrock Auto Body.

My experience with Rimrock Auto Body was off-the-charts fantastic! They did a truly superb job of repairing my car. It is not just my perception-- many people have commented on how good it looks. Not only that, the customer service was exceptional as well. I could not recommend them highly enough!
