This outlet i like. All the stores are close like a mall. But the hallways are open to the weather so if its cold or raining better cover up. Sales are good. There is a food court. Not much selection. But in the parking lot there is a chili's and whataburger. If its a busy day expect a wait. Plenty of parking

One of the better shopping experiences the valley has to offer. If you smoke/vape, then you can enjoy doing so while walking from store to store. Wide variety of shops, and it's common to run into a friendly face. Mini stores on the outside seem to mostly be closed when I've gone the last few times. Poor weather, or lack of customers I can't say. It is, however, disappointing not experiencing the whole psckage.

We go to the outlets @ Mercedes!!! Can't believe they have Rio Grande Valley Premium Valet Parking where handicapped people park!! Both of My Parents are disabled!! I don't have a problem with the valet parking but it shouldn't be done on the disabled parking spaces!!! Couldn't park close r use the empty handicap spaces cause they had it for valet parking!!! They had a DO NOT ENTER sign!! The State of Texas requires blue/red plack card r a metal plate!! NONE OF THE VEHICLES PARKED HAD A BLUE/RED PLACK CARD R METAL PLATE!! THEY WERE STILL PARKED IN THE HANDICAP SPACE!! Why would they allow Valet to take over the handicap spaces? I myself was upset today cause I had to park way in the back cause of that incident!! Can someone one please pass it on to do something about it!! Not right for disabled to go park somewhere else cause that's valet parking!!
