The outdoor atmosphere is very inviting and can be an awesome experience depending on the time of year or really just your own weather preference. Many great stores for your shopping needs from high-end to budget friendly. It's location allows for a comfortable stroll with a nice breeze. I won't give 5 stars because without a breeze the walk can feel a little muggy due to the heavy moisture in the area. There are ,however, several seating locations throughout the area where you can cool down for a bit.

Stores are nice and organized.  Customer service is excellent almost in all the stores.  Atmosphere is beautiful depending on the weather.  A lot of sitting area.  I gave it four star because not that many brand names stores, very small food court & prices are not outlet prices!

I have now become A HUGE FANATIC of Tanger Outlet Mall(Texas City)!!! I came here about 2 or three years ago and I wasn't impressed with it. I don't know why.........Fast forward 3 years later and I am dedicated shopper!!! I can honestly say I have found the best deals in the land. My favorite stores are Ann Taylor, Loft, Guess, Torrid, Banana Republic, White House Black Market, and Gap Factory!!!! I have the clothes that will make the baddest chick on my block at home and at work. Mr. Steven Tanger thanks to you and your father for providing the ultimate shopping experience!!!

Nice outlets. Good easy parking. Takes a little than a hour to go around the whole thing. Some of the stores was still pricey though.  The under armour had good deals. The nike outlet store did as well.

The sales were AMAZING and such a huge selection of stores. Loved loved loved. ALSO im active duty military and i thought it was so nice to have a front row spot to park in for my service!(: thank you!
