Lady on phone did not listen was really rude when I had simple basic questions. She assumed where I lived which was way wrong. When it comes to the safety of children, people should not be so lazy, rude and narrow minded. She told me elementary kids can walk 1 mile. Seriously! so I suppose this woman was so unintelligent that she does not know what she is talking about. I can bet that this lady would not have her child/kindergarten walk a mile.

My child has recently been put on another bus that is NOT in our area. The district never informed the parents or told the children what was going on. My child was put on another bus after school and he called me crying saying he didn't know where they were but they were really far from home and on a dirt road. I immediately called the school who told me to call the transportation dept. (NO RETURN CALL)  My child does not get off the bus until 4:53 (school ends at 4:00) and we live right across Unser from the school. I spoke with the bus driver yesterday and he told me that there are several things that need to be addressed but he couldn't say what and that he is also concerned.  I have called several times to address this matter and no one has returned my call. I have rounded up other parents with similar concerns not only at our stop but at other stops and we are blowing up their phones and if we do not get a return call we are going to their door step. They work for US and this will not be tolerated. I am beyond pissed.

Rio Rancho Public School's Transportation Department has the most rude and disrespectful people working for them!!! Never have I been hung up on not once, not twice, but three times!!! I'm sorry your department had an issue and forgot to pick up a stop... but when a parent calls concerned and frustrated after being told different stories... You need to have your story straight! No child should have to wait at a bus stop for almost 1.5 hours and then be blamed for missing the bus by the department.

I'm a senior and I need the Rio Metro but starting around the middle of July something has gone horrible wrong. This is no longer a reliable means for seniors with health problems. I'm hoping thing will improve and I've complained to officals.

Always late, had kids walking around in the moving bus, extremely rude. Seriously this is ridiculous. Apportioned needed to fix this
