Be wary of the sales people. The people that set up the contract don’t seem to be knowledgeable in the fees and processes for the truck. They will tack on a lot of extra fees and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it since they have your card on file. Won’t be using Uhaul again in the future. Stick with Budget or Penske unless you wanna pay double the charge you were quoted.

Used these guys when we moved to Rio Rancho to store our stuff back in September. Been back for other services offered. Great group but sometimes a little bullheaded. Would be a five but had issues where guys didn't listen well or where they locked knowledge I felt they should have had. Overall, good experiences regardless.

Super professional. Incredibly helpful. Insured I had the equipment I needed when I needed it and prices are reasonable, compared with Budget, Penske, etc.

Storage review only: we rented a large storage unit. Great space, easy access and everyone who works there has been kind and helpful. First place I'll go when I need a truck!

The one time I have been here they were extremely nice. Renting a U-Haul was very quick, and painless. Unfortunately, the other time that I reserved a U-Haul for this location, I was called the day before I was to pick it up late in the evening and told that I could no longer pick it up at this location. This was a huge pain Kama so U-Haul did go out of their way to try and alleviate some of the pain.
