Having recently located, I moved my prescriptions to my near by Rite Aid for convenience. In short, I waited over 4 hours to get my prescriptions carried over from walgreens and since I did not receive the pending text confirming my prescription was ready, I  followed up wIth phone call with no luck or even sense of concern from the staff at Rite Aid. They were just quick to blame walgreens for not having faxed over so i called Walgreens myself and they assured me that they had already had faxed them over. Heather the Pharmacist at Rite Aid who i initially talked to was so unprofessional and did not even take the time to talk to me. I did everything I was supposed to but could not get anyone from Rite Aid to work with me or even talk to the walgreens Pharmacist who I had on my phone....I terribly regret changing over to Rite Aid and will probably take the drive to Walgreens where they at least make an effort to care.

Lots of waiting in line! Don't go often! Can be cleaner and can use more light

Awesome customer service, wish it was stocked a little bit more but it's very convenient. Cindy is a great worker, she very sociable and very professional.
