Absolute worst pharmacy ever. The technicians (all besides Jamaica) are extremely rude and demeaning. Have actually called to check on status of a prescription and been told that the tech was "too busy to help me" and to call another time. Have had to sit and wait in store for over an hour to get a script filled when there was no line and it was slow. Changing all my prescriptions elsewhere.

I love the staff at this pharmacy! They're always so helpful anytime I've a question and so patient.

This is one of the worst pharmacies to go to. They never get prescriptions done when told to and then they blame the cashier. Cashiers are limited usually only 1 who does anything even if there is 2 there. Seems like sladana never wants to help customers and just walks in circles doing nothing. There use to be 3 nice girls there but none has quit. Jamaika and sade are nice though. Other than that I wouldn't go there if it was the last place to go. The front counter is exceptional though and I feel that is all that keeps rite aid alive. Rachel is the best customer service person at front!

They tell you your prescription is ready.  You go in and they tell you it will be 20 minutes. Half an hour later they present you with half of your meds. Then indicate it will be a few minutes until the rest are ready.  I'm still waiting after over an hour.
I guess they thought that we needed to be punished for calling them on misleading us.
