It's blatantly obvious that this Rite Aid doesn't care about customer service. I've done business with Rite Aid for over 8 years and never had so much problem getting my prescription filled. It is NOT my doctor. They keep blaming my doctor that he doesn't respond to the fax but my doctor's office is a very small town type office. They DONT miss stuff. I travel an hour because their service is that good. 

I find it absolutely obnoxious that each time I have them "fax" my doctor they click a button and call it good. I want to run through a scenario. I need xxx script filled. Okay sir, we will fax your doctor and then you need to call him. Why wouldn't we just skip the fax all together and call the doctor. 

That is how I will handle it from now on but don't offer a service that constantly makes you look incompetent. I miss my Rite Aid in Tacoma.

100% Greeted as I come in this place, even if it isn't verbal, someone is making eye contact and I feel very welcome. 

Front end staff are very friendly and I feel like they have a good rapport with each other.

Only once or twice has an item been out of stock, and that is when I was trying to purchase top shelf vodka, so I can see why they don't have very many units on hand.

The people that work here are friendly and helpful. The store always looks nice and the lighting is great. They also don't rearrange the store often so you know where to go find what your looking for, except of course reworking the seasonal merchandise.

Horrible customer service at this pharmacy. I went here today to try and get a flu shot and the lady was so rude to me. I’ll take my business somewhere else from now on.

Day time pharmacist from India is so rude in bonney lake had nothing but problems since we moved up here she refused to give 3 nexium for my husband who has gurd n we've got boeing insurance n they drop the ball with the automatic refill n didn't fax the dr until the 4th which is a holiday she's so rude
