Becky was horrific. If it weren't for Tim I would have switched pharmacies. Tim took the time to process my insurance and two minutes later I was happily out the door, no thanks to bad attitude Becky. We need more Tims

I have used this pharmacy numerous times as it is close to where I live and have had great experiences with Rite Aid in the past (in another state), and have yet to have a positive experience. There are never enough people working for how busy it is, the wait is frequently 20+ minutes, I've had issues with insurance - one time where one of the two prescriptions (ordered at the same time) had my insurance attached to it when the other did not, which then required a 30 minute wait to fix, and most recently, only half my prescriptions were given when a family member was sent to pick them up, despite the fact that I called ahead of time to check and make sure all of them were there and could be picked up by said family member. The customer service and attitudes of the staff are not great but not terrible - it's clear they are under a lot of stress, which I would assume is because they are typically backed up without enough staff support.

I normally go to the Silverdale Rite Aid to pick up my prescriptions, but now I'm going to switch somewhere else. My insurance information is never entered correctly and Charlene in the Pharmacy was very rude to myself and other customers. Poor customer service. I don't recommend. Going to Walgreens now.
