Employees are always friendly and the store is pretty clean, but the lighting isn't great and the wait times at the register can sometimes be several minutes if not more. There don't seem to be enough registers open many times, while other times it's very streamlined. However, everyone in the store has always been very helpful.

Employees are wonderful, helpful, and cheerful.  The store to me is dark, poor lighting.  The lines are awful I hate waiting so long. If I don't need allot I go anyplace that has groceries so I don't have to go through the torture of their lines

The store is the only full service grocery in Silverdale and it shows. Rarely do they have enough people working the registers or the deli/ready made foods/sandwich shop/fried chicken/etc... counter. Which is an unfortunate circumstance because the people who work in the store are great.

While this particular experience went quite well often times particularly during peak hours wait time at checkout lines is extremely long. Employees are always very polite and helpful.

Produce is pricey and store is very congested. Meat selection is nice and reasonably priced. Floral center does offer fresh flowers at a reasonable cost. Self checkout is relatively impossible. Check out lines are a nightmare. Rewards program is a small plus. Wouldn't recommend.
