Customer Service is not a strong point here. Some of the cashiers are good, especially on the liquor store side, but some of them are just plain rude. They are more concerned with stocking or getting their own work done than acknowledging customers. This has a few time now where I was the only customer in line and was left waiting long enough to put my stuff down and leave before the cashier even turned around to see if there was anyone in line. I know it's not an easy job dealing with customers sometimes but the whole job is customer service!

Hands down, the most compassionate care when it comes to helping customers who know nothing about medications and pharmacies. 

I had a compound prescription that shouldn't have been sent to them. The Pharmacist, without me knowing and having only met once, did the legwork in helping me fill the prescription with a friendly unexpected call, advising me on what to do next. 

Super helpful and you'll be a customer for life like me!

Some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced has come from this store. I have been completely ignored as the only customer in line twice now within a three month span. I guess the store manager goes out of the way to hire senile, elderly employees. I have worked in retail/customer service for over 15 years and I find this treatment to be 110% unacceptable. I will never step foot in this store again. Hopefully some people lose their jobs pretty soon

Why yes sir we refund keg deposits without a receipt by giving you cash back, it's our policy. Here is your $71.28 for the return of those to empty kegs.
Fast forward a week. 
Um no sir we can not give you cash for keg deposits without a receipt. 
Yes you can and you have.
No sir we have never done that before as its not our policy.
Excuse me why don't you and I play back your camera footage of the last time I was here and I want you to tell me what japp bed that night didn't actually happen.
Sir we only give gift cards out without a recipe.
No miss you give out cash because an employee here did that exact thing for me one week ago.
As a different employee whispers to me how this isn't their policy and she is singing me out because I was dirty and looked homeless. 

I was dirty but that was from working my ass off all day long 

Best part is they gave me the gift certificate and they told me they where open until midnight only for me to rush 20 minutes one way to arrive there at 11:50 NY there clocks I can see inside and my phone . Man that gift card came in really handy.

I was followed through the entire store then aggressively accused at the door of shop lifting by the stores “detective” I asked for proof and was refused. Embarrassed and full of anxiety I asked for an apology and was accused again. She then wrote down my cars plate number. Is it a crime to walk into a store with a purse at 11pm?
