King Soopers Pharmacy in Monument, CO has the most caring employees ever!  With my daughter’s health struggles they are always understanding & caring!  Chris is a super leader of this great team!

Both times I've been here the wait had been very long.  The first time was over any hour for pain pills that my husband and son had to wait for.  The second time,  my doctor had called in my rx 2 hours before I got there. It still wasn't ready, and I had to wait another 30 minutes with a 4 year old and 1 month old.  The tech that was helping me was very friendly,  otherwise I would have given them less stars.  Line once i got home,  i had a question about the dosage and they were not helpful,  told me they didn't know and i should just call my doctor... thanks a lot...

on more than one occasion phone-in scripts from physicians were not properly handled resulting in having to ask doctors to phone in multiple times- and on at least one occasion resulting in no medication due to travel. seem poorly organized.
