The pharmacy was very helpful. They all knew my name, greeted me as I came in, had my RX ready, but recently hired all new                     employees and very few know their job, my RX are usually screwed up or there is always some sort of problem or issue. There is one other matter...I feel I can no longer trust the pharmacy employees and that has caused me to go elsewhere after several years of doing business with Riteaid. This all occurred at the New Salisbury, IN Riteaid-FYI

Horrible pharmacy.  I've been going here for 2 years, I use them because it's close to my home. They never have medication ready, they lose prescriptions and blame YOU. They are always short staffed, and the staff is rude. I wish I could rate them -10.
