I could not agree more with the negativity by the staff in this store. I too will change to Walgreens. I am on my way to pick up the LAST prescriptons to be filled at this pharmacy. They are just far "too busy", your perscriptions will "be about an hour", "call first".  I am not there to shop. just get my meds. The pharmacy is the worst.

I have been using this pharmacy for about a year simply because they are the closest to where I live and going there means I don't have to go into walmart. This pharmacy is by far one of the worst in town. The employees are rude, their policies or lack of does nothing but frustrate and compound customer issues. They have absolutely no respect for their customers or their customer's time. If you drop off a prescription expect to wait hours for it to be filled, if there is a question or issue about the prescription do not expect a phone call or any sort of notice...they will simply not fill the script then act like it was your fault when you go to pick them up and once the issue is resolved do not expect a timely filling of your medication.

A few weeks back we tried to fill a script that was changed by the doctor less than 30 days since the last fill. Due to the time frame and the pharmacist or tech not doing their job our insurance refused to pay for the refill. The cost with insurance was $10 for the refill. The cost without insurance was $4.00. Guess what they did? Instead of filling the script and letting me decide if I wanted to pay $4.00 cash for it or $10.00 Cash copay for it they didn't fill the script at all. This sort of stupidity has been repeated multiple times over the past year working with them. I cannot wait until Walgreens is open up the street and I can fire these clowns.
