Very poor service, technician was very unprofessional over the phone and very sloppy appearance in person.

I have never been treated so poorly by a pharmacy staff member as I was today at Bend Wal Mart. Long story short the tech (short, bald, middle aged man w glasses) was extremely rude and condescending. Definitely not someone who should be dealing with the injured, Ill or elderly. Shame on Wal Mart for keeping people like that employed in positions where they are allowed to torment people who are already struggling to make it through The day.

I was trying to get my elderly mother's prescription refilled and the girl at the counter was the RUDEST person I've EVER had to deal with (tall blonde girl with a s$&•*load of eyeliner on) I was the only one in line (that should have been a sign) and yet she was inconvenienced by having to [NOT] help me. Thankfully, I was able to get AMAZING & kind service from another store.
