HORRIBLE customer service. VERY RUDE! Doesn't answer any questions that you have, and when you don t understand something they get a very rude attitude and tell you to call your Doctor. I have never been treated so rudely by anyone, especially in customer service. I would not recommend anyone ever go to ferndale rite aid pharmacy, go to lynden it's not that far of a drive and they are great.

PHARMACY NEVER ANSWERS THIER PHONE & when I call front they transfer me back there and they pick up but set the phone down and neglect the call. Definitely the worst pharmacy I've ever delt with.

I mostly deal with the very well mannered workers in the pharmacy my husband is the one that goes inside to grab what we need for our kids mostly

I have been coming here from the beginning,  the staff is great it's the Ferndale people that are very rude . Should not be booze in a drug store , drunks should be monitored by the police in this town .

Very helpful staff. When I was unable to find item at their store, they helped me find somewhere I could. Would definitely recommend this Rite Aid
