Just bad service due to understaffing. The workers are stressed out but good people. Shame on Rite Aid

I was kept on hold for 1-1/2 HOURS with a simple question while the pharmacist  made the big $$ administering flu vaccine.  Walgreens here I come!!

I have had problems with this location over 80% of the times I have filled my prescriptions there.  The automated system is a joke; even if you call many hours in advance, prepare for your prescriptions not to be ready.   I have had my doctor's faxes lost numerous times as well, delaying my medication which I need to take daily.  But now I understand why the bad customer service and consistent confusion:  I have been literally told by three separate employees at this location that they are severely understaffed and simply unable to handle the volume of customers.  Yet they have been understaffed for months.  Now I understand why the pharmacy staff is so visibly stressed and unhappy.  Is this a pharmacy or a sweatshop???  You are better off anywhere else in town.  Terrible, depressing situation at Rite Aide.

My experience at the Rite Aid in Sequim happened in their parking lot. As I drove past the front entrance and turned right, I ran over an elongated curb. I flattened both tires on the right side of the car!
I went back to look at this elongated curb and saw many scrapes, paint removed and knicks out of the concrete. The tow truck driver said this was not the first time he had been to this Rite Aid for this same problem.
Watch yourself and the curbs in this parking lot!!
