Just a note: Rite Aide - you were such a great pharmacy. You have had and do have some great people working for you! Please, get more staff and figure out how to get the prescriptions out in a timely manner. Your staff is stressed and it is affecting their service. The staff deserves better and so do your customers.

Not knowing the whole process of changing my daughter's pharmacy from one to another, i called the local McCall Rite Aid pharmacy as i was instructed to do by the Dr.'s office where her Rx was written. The young lady, Kerrie, who answered would not let me talk to explain the situation, for one. For two, she was rude & talked to me like i was stupid. I understand she may have been busy, so was i. But that is no reason to be completely rude and arrogant.

There are so many great businesses in this town, and yet I only ever feel moved to write negative reviews (note to self to write more positive reviews!). I love the benefits of Rite Aid in a small town. We spend enough that we get 20% off all normally priced merchandise. I'm here at least 3 times a week. 3 months ago, an employee accidentally smacked my infant in the head with a table. She went to the er for documentation purposes and when Rite Aid heard she only had a bruise, they let it go. So did I. I paid the er bill and didn't complain. My entire family has had bouts of illness for the past several weeks. It took 2 days to fill my prescriptions for my bronchitis. We've been waiting nearly 24 hours for my daughter's ear infection meds to be filled. I called the pharmacy to inquire about the delays. I was polite. The pharmacist, Kevin, said, "We're out here getting our asses handed to us! If you don't like the delays, go somewhere else. I'll just transfer your prescription to the other pharmacy in town." I told him he needed to fill my daughter's prescription because we had waited so long and then yes, they had lost my business. I will no longer ever go to this Rite Aid. I've filed a complaint with corporate. This store is unbelievable.

So slow I waited 50 min. The average is 30 - 35 min. Most pharmacies have a script filled in 10 -20.Gave them 3 stars because they are friendly & courteous.
