I have gone to many Rite Aids before and had a nice experience but this one is terrible. Very rude and disorganized pharmacy. While I was in line all four people in front of me were told there medications weren't in the system. One man had a heart condition and needed his medication that evening and the staff was so apathetic and mean to him. Of course when I got up there they said the same thing to me, I told them my doctor defintely sent it in, two other people checked and they found it. Their carelessness and horrible customer service was enough for me to stop and write them a bad review. From now on I will be using another pharmacy.

This pharmacy takes my insurance.  That’s the only positive thing I can say about it. The wait times for picking up a prescription are unusually long and the staff seem perpetually annoyed.

I came in for the flu test no one at the pharmacy cared, turned me away because she didn't want to do the test. changing our pharmacy somewhere else.🙄

The pharmacy staff are the best. I have several regular prescriptions that have changed numerous times over the years, along with insurance and periods of no insurance. They are always extra helpful. And compared to the other 24 hour pharmacy...there is no comparison. Rite aid for the win!

I like this place being 24hours that way if you have a problem at night you can get your prescription. I would give it 5 stars but I frequent this place alot to pick up Western Union and they recently hired this lady who seemed to dislike doing the western Union she would roll her eye and catch an attitude until I asked her if iT was putting her out. Now she nice but I really don't appreciate being given attitude for no reason.
