Poor selection/stock of certain items. Also just got ripped off.  They rang me up and I paid, and only afterwards (still standing at the register) did I realize they didn't give me the sale price for a certain item.  I didn't want to pay the regular price so the cashier did a return.  Guess what... The return never showed up on my bank account.  And go figure, they hadn't given me the receipt so I can't go back and argue over it.  Sucks but I guess I learned two lessons... Always insist on them giving you a paper receipt, and don't shop at Rite Aid.

The pharmacist Melissa goes above and beyond for those filling their prescriptions. This Rite Aid is the reason why I rarely go to CVS one block away.

Avoid if you have any sort of regular medications, multiple medications, or medications involving anything "complicated" like prior authorization. Avoid if you don't like doing the leg work to get your medications.

On numerous occasions I've played middleman because they don't want to bother actually picking up the phone and calling your doctor themselves if they have questions. I've lost entire days to calling them, them telling me to call my doctor and get XYZ and then call them back. I get on the phone with my doctor, they don't have XYZ because Rite Aid never sent it to them. So I call back and forth between the two because the pharmacists won't answer my doctors when they call to try to get it sorted.

They say they faxed or sent whatever paperwork is their responsibility to send, but they never do. And they don't inform you that anything is wrong, you have to figure that out yourself by realizing it's been 2 days and they still haven't given you the call that your medications are ready.

They frequently send you the automated call that your medications are ready. This is a lie. You will get there and they will give you the look that says they have no clue you had a refill, and then ask you to wait an hour while they actually fill it.

Super competent! Always friendly and very transparent about hen they have something or how long it will take. Best pharmacy service I have EVER had. #NeverAgainCVS

They recognize me by face, always get my prescriptions right, and are very helpful.  Love this place.  Switched from Giant and am 1,000% happier.
