Always receive outstanding service. The pharmacist is consistently very helpful. This is my preferred pharmacy.  The pharmacy is a good distance from me, but I do not mind the driving because of the personalized and great service that I always get.

I have been going to this place for 16 yrs, give or take. The personal touch, professional manner they do business and the extra steps they take to insure satisfaction, unmatched by any pharmacy I have ever been to.

I want to give ZERO stars now! I just called them and their phone sent me straight to their Verizon mailbox which said "enter your mailbox number or call a different number!" There isn't another number for them! They have a script of mine (according to the Giant by Silver Spring metro station) that I told them after I picked up the LAST DOSE I ever wanted to get from them (the one I mentioned in my previous review below!) AND have it moved to that Giant! I heard them on the phone with Giant while I was there and heard the transfer (supposedly being made)! However, Giant has NO RECORDS of the transfer and claimed this shop still has it AND filled it! I haven't gotten a call or ANYTHING about them still being able to process my pills and actually doing it! Since their number is out of service I physically have to go up there which I don't have time for!

Don't listen to them when it comes to math related info on purchasing their store brand drugs (like melatonin) over getting them at Rite-Aid, CVS, Safeway, etc! I listened as I was in desperate need of melatonin and I was already there dealing with a script. The owner pulled the whole snake oil salesman math that getting 120 3MG melatonin for $12.30 was CHEAPER than getting about 230 more for only about $3 more (including tax)...AKA 350 3MG pills for about $15.20! Teaching 5th grade math I should have realized I was being robbed but I was so tired from a lack of the script sleeping pill I was on and my body rejecting the change in meds my neurologist down the hall had made due to insurance not covering the slow release version of one of my epilepsy meds and the quickness of the quick release variant of it acting so quickly on me it was like I hadn't slept in 50 years each time I took it since he didn't adjust the dose and in that variant the side effects of drowsiness kicked my assignment faster than I could think about blinking!

This is by far the friendliest most helpful pharmacy I have ever been to. I had a prescription transferred from out of state. The pharmacist went above and beyond to fill it for me and even helped me in my search for a new doctor, cannot say enough to express my gratitude for the amazing service(s) I received.
