Terrible service in the pharmacy. I asked the technician to fill one of three of my prescriptions and asked her to put the other two on hold. She had an attitude for some reason and I certainly didn’t appreciate it. I knew what I was talking about because I am also a pharmacy technician within the same company. I was told it would be fifteen minutes and I waited a lot longer than twenty minutes for my prescription. When it still wasn’t ready I went up to the counter and they immediately remembered who I was and filled it quickly. They just left my prescription there and didn’t do anything for those fifteen minutes.

Devon, the cashier on New Year's Eve, just gave me a super warm welcome and walked me to the product I needed.  While subtle, he was doing an uncommonly good job.  This Rite Aid location recently got renovated and has an easy parking lot to get in/out of.

I love the professionalism the pharmacist have with the customers.
