This place is terrible!! My mother in law went without her blood thinner medicine with no phone call of what the problem was for a week. The med pack delivery person finally went to deliver it and LEFT before she could even get to the door. Tried calling this morning to straighten it out and the phones are all messed up it goes to an answering message that says CANNOT LEAVE MESSAGE! Do not choose this pharmacy!! I do have to say that the pharmacist , Audrey , and the billing person, Beth were trying so hard to fix it though. They need a raise or to be hired somewhere else!

I am a caregiver and I love my experience with white cross pharmacy, they deliver on time, and any time there is a Change they are right on top of it!

I have my medince delivered right too me because I don't drive and I can tell them what day I want it delivered on and if I am taking off a certain medince my white cross will know the name and color and shape of the medince right away. And they will know what pack they put it in so I took it out and made sure it was the right medince right away. And they are going too do the same at white cross too. What is really good about white cross for a lot of people they can deliver the medince in pill bottles or they can deliver the medince in blister packs with the name of the medince on the back and also the other side it says morning afternoon evening and bedtime. I think that is awesome for a lot of people too.

Drivers and pharmacy staff extremely rude!! Called and spoke to a female who sai sh was the business manager ....she basically told me if I didn't like something........tough!!! Very unprofessional
