We switched from Wallgreens Gardnerville to Rite Aid.  We have gotten incredible customer service from Rite Aid.  The Pharmacist, George puts his customers first.  If you are out of a life sustaining prescription (due to doctor's mistake) he makes sure you get it.  And he always makes sure you get it at the lowest cost available.  Rite Aid is lucky to have him, as long as he's there, they will get our business.  Thanks George, my family appreciates you!

I have issues everytime I go there. Constantly having to give them my insurance info; that they never have on file. Getting a prescription filled here is like pulling teeth.

I have never in my life been treated so rudely.  Never been dealt with so badly in my life.  They lie and when you catch them they deny.  My husbands surgeon sent an e script for pain meds and after two times filling SAME prescription, they say they do not fill e scripts on pain meds, so we called a different rite aid who said yes they do.  Called these idiots back and they denied ever saying that (I have a witness)  Then my mother after having the same exact prescriptions for two years at this place is told they never have seen her before and have no record and they don't handle that dosage of pain medication.  Aren't you a pharmacy?  Don't pharmacy's carry drugs we cannot get over the counter.  Isn't it your job/business to fill prescriptions from doctors.  You have lost my business (we had surgeon send next prescription to Mike's pharmacy in Carson.  ZERO PROBLEMS ) imagine that.  My mother will not be back and I will tell everyone I can just how badly this Rite aid is and how rude the staff in the pharmacy is
