Reviews

They are friendly and knowledgeable and answered my questions about the use of my compounded prescription. If I have any complaint it would be that they are so far from my house. That and they're kinda hidden on the freeway side of the building with only moderate signage, at least that I saw.

Friendly and helpful people at the counter.  When I walked in another customer was being helped at the counter, but a second employee appeared and helped me immediately.  Lots of eye contact and smiles.  Employee asked twice if I had any questions about my prescription (a refill) and if I'd like to talk to the pharmacist.  This was my second visit, but even before my first visit, the pharmacist spent time on the phone with me answering my questions about low dose Naltrexone (something that is only available from a compounding pharmacy).  It is great to have a pharmacy in our area that is able to compound, and who is also willing to go out of their way educating a new customer.  My experience with this pharmacy has been very pleasant

Convenient in an inconvenient time of our lives. My little girl has many meds as she is on treatment for leukemia. Sierra Family Pharmacy has been wonderful and accommodating. We live in Carson so we have a pharmacy for most meds closer to home but we look forward to our visits to Family Pharmacy for our compunded ones. They have made our Maya feel special and we really appreciate all you do. Thank you!

Ill start with what i liked. The parking was nice, no cars in front. When you walk in there is plenty of empty space not being utilized and it was clean..now what was wrong, never been here before so i thought i would try them since i was shopping at winco. Walked in no greeting, Stood in line for nearly 5 min. While one person was being helped but what bothered me was the lack of eye contact from the other 10+ employees that were there talking and laughing amongest each other behind the counter. Not one person looked at me and said hello or we will be right with. I get that we all have our own job to do and clearly noone was incharge of customer service that day but when we as consumers have multiple options i feel customer service can make a hige difference in our decisions. If just one person acknowledged me I feel i may have waited as long as it took to get to the counter but instead i went to my normal pharmacist and will not try Sierra Pharmacy again.
