Late at night a very nice young man located the emergency product and had it waiting at the cashier when I came in the door

The pharmacy itself is terrible. Always an attitude never seeming to want to help. They have given me the wrong medication and told me they didn't get a RX for another that they did get. When my doctor called AGAIN they blamed me and said I never came to pick it up! 100% not true. Anytime I need a prior authorization they are no help. One person has been nice and I don't know his name but it was over the phone and a male pharmacist. Mind you I get the same exact prescription every single month at this specific location.

This pharmacy is the worst. Their customer service is terrible and they never seem to know what they're doing. They're also extremely slow.

This place sucks, been coming here for 6 months cause it's right across the street from where I live. Everytime they there's an issue.  For example I came to get Contour next test strips, here they process Contour Strips! The pharmacist won't exchange it for the right ones cause I needed another  form filled out from my doctor! Here it's Friday and the doctors office it closed! So I've been shooting up my insulin blind for 3 days! Just give me the right ones!
