Regarding Rite Aid, Northgreen......I have been trying to get my blood pressure medicine for two weeks now.  Two times they have given me the wrong dosage, and my doctors staff has been involved in getting their errors corrected themselves....it is 1/12/18...I just called again and they are closed.....website said they are open from 8AM-10 PM, but recording on pharmacy says Hours today are 9AM-10PM....ANOTHER MISTAKE.
I have recently moved to this area. Lived in Englewood before and used Rite Aid on Sunset and not once did I have any mistakes at this location, like I am experiencing now.
I am considering going back to the Sunset site even though it would be way out of the way for us.
I hope this will be read by someone who can effect a positive change at Northgreen.....this site is bad for Rite Aid  reputation.

I have been using this Rite Aid for many years and have always been above satisfied until now (within the last month).  Unfortunately, the pharmacy staff has been replaced with the most incompetent people I have ever tried to deal with. They no longer have my families medication done in a timely matter. The staff huffs and puffs and rolls their eyes because they aren't' capable of doing their jobs, not to mention all the complaining they do about their job while waiting on me. My biggest concern is the fact that it takes them more than 5 to 6 hours to fill a prescription now. I will be moving my business elsewhere!
