The sales associates have an "oh we cant do that attitude". After meeting the manager I see why.

Friendly associates greet you as soon as you walk in the door. Very knowledgeable staff.

Had to pay $35 for them to take a phone back that was brand new in the box even had there own corporate on the phone telling me it should be no charge.
