This has been my pharmacy for the last few years, but recently it looks like half or more of my prescriptions require an order, and it's been hard getting my medications/supplements in a timely manner.  Occasionally I would learn that my prescription wouldn't be ready - while already trying to pick it up (no calls with an information in advance).  When I tried to transfer one of my prescriptions (just one refill) to a different pharmacy, just so that I don't have to wait for my medication another three days (refill called in Friday morning would wait for Monday delivery), I was told they can't transfer just one refill, I'd have to transfer the full prescription, and I would have transfer the full prescription back to Rite Aid afterwards. What's more - I was told that the other Pharmacy would have to call them to have the prescription transferred, which goes against logic for me. The other pharmacy was also baffled by this, but were very courteous and called Rite Aid for me.  At this point I've decided to just transfer to the other pharmacy for all my future prescriptions and not use Rite Aid again.

This pharmacy came through when my usual Rite Aid store didn't have enough pills to completely fill my prescription. This store had plenty of the medication I needed. The staff filled the prescription quickly and without any complications.

If you can go to ANY other pharmacy- do it. This one is awful! Customer service is TERRIBLE. They talk to you like an idiot if you have a legitimate question and be careful- they've given me the WRONG medicine THREE times! Once they even gave me something that I am severely allergic to. I caught that mistake- like every other one. With not even an apology. Oh, and one time, they gave me only one of the two bottles I needed of antibiotics- never even called me about the other one, I picked it up somewhere else. The only reason I still have to deal with them is because I can't find another pharmacy near me that carries my birth control for some weird reason. This is seriously the WORST PHARMACY I have ever had to deal with. Don't go here if you don't have to. And double check everything they give. And if you have a question , your better off checking google.

I went into the store today to use the Western Union machine.  The machine was not working right, static on the line.  A woman who was working there came up to me and attempted to teach me, in a very rude way, how to pick up the phone.  I explained that I had used the machine many times.  She continued to be very rude.  I reset the modem myself and the machine began working.  (The clerk could have gotten help to do this rather than me doing it myself.  I should send them a bill).  I eventually got so mad with her that I walked out.  I came back in a moment later to speak with the manager.   He was just as rude as the woman I complained about.  I will never EVER go back into this place for anything and I warn anyone who does venture in there, don't do it.
