The pharmacist and pharmacy staff are so so nice. I am a chronic pain patient and have been treated horribly by pharmacists at other pharmacies. This place is refreshing to someone like me who doesn’t want to be in this situation but i have no choice. They understand I have rheumatoid arthritis and are super helpful all of the time. Highly recommended.

Prescriptions are never ready, the line is ridiculous for the pharmacy and don't even attempt to get any photos developed there. There's nothing better than waiting in line for 20 minutes to be told they forgot to fill your prescription! Im not one to leave a bad review but after this happening 3 times enough is enough.

Pharmacy rarely has perscriptions ready. They also claim to not get perscriptions from doctors regularly.

I used to really like this Rite-Aid. They filled prescriptions pretty quickly and accurately. It was a nice place to do some shopping. That all changed with the closing of "Zack's Pharmacy" (a little over a month ago). The store is always crowded. The lines are ridiculously long (including the drive-through). Most of the new customers don't seem to understand that this is NOT Zack's and they do things a bit differently. The worst part is that prescriptions take 3 times as long to get filled and are not always filled accurately. Multiple times my wife and I have been told that a prescription would be ready in an hour or two. Usually we give them 3-4 hours and the prescription is still not ready. I don't blame the workers there. I think they are doing their best, they are just over whelmed. There is a sign at the pharmacy counter about standing back in line for privacy (which I appreciate), but now they put a second register there and you have to stand elbow to elbow with another customer. What kind of privacy is that? Hopefully some of these problems will be resolved in the near future. Right now my wife and I are considering changing to a different pharmacy should these issues continue.

The pharmacy is very slow. The workers (not all) are condescending and rude. Prices ring up wrong a lot. Can't wait for a new pharmacy to open up.
