My husband switched from CVS to this particular pharmacy. Filled his new RX, asked us to wait for 20minutes and so we did.. for 1 hour and 45 minutes!!!! They treat him as if he don't know his own RX and giving smirk gestures and RUDE comments. We already told the person that we have insurance and handed the card. Still, we were disrespected and received judge looks.. they need to undergo overhaul change in terms of customer service and politeness. I hope SHOPRITE MANAGEMENT CAN READ THE COMMENTS HERE.

It pains me that I even have to give one star to write this review... I have had nothing but issues at this pharmacy. The staff treat you like you are a child and have the WORST attitude I have ever experienced. They give mean looks, rude remarks, and judge you for filling a script. My doctor and insurance company both give me the clearance and approval to have my prescriptions filled one day and then when I call to ask for them to fill my scripts, they have a terrible negative attitude about it and also make me get my medicines when they "feel like filling them".

I HATE this pharmacy! I get my own meds at Greyrock Pharmacy because of THEIR impeccable service and smiling faces, I get my daughters meds here since it's only a 3 min drive from my home. ANYTIME I have to get HER meds from this particular shop rite, I have NEVER had a good experience! They were INCREDIBLY rude, ALWAYS make me wait, I'd be standing in window for 10-15 minutes until SOMEONE finally acknowledges my existence!! Just FIRE entire staff and start over! Between they're dirty looks and eye rolling to they're BAD attitude, totally not worth the trip... even if it IS a 3 min drive😡

Had my dr call in a Rx for me, since posted hours for a Saturday were later than another pharmacy. Since I was rendered blind, I had to wait for a ride. Got to the pharmacy at 6pm (posted hours for Saturday said 7:30pm) and the gate was down and locked. Couldn't get the medication for my eyes or the eye patches. 
Why have the pharmacy's posted hours on the front of the store and not adhere to them? 
I'm going to try again today, let's see how it goes.

This is the fastest pharmacy around. I never have had a problem here..The pharmacists and the girls that give u the meds, are always super nice. This Shoprite seems to hire only nice people..Robyn
