I absolutely love rite Aid and the pharmacy, the best customer service and I love how they do everything they can to help, I will never switch pharmacies Noone can beat rite Aid, thank you for all your help!

Normally everyone in the pharmacy have been extremely helpful and friendly. Tonight I was very disappointed. Being a Sunday they close early at 6:00. On my way back to Lake Stevens their was an accident on the trestle where I was stuck for more than 30 min. I called before closing and explained my situation and was told that"IF"" they were there they would give me my prescription. I said ok well I'm going to be 5 min late tops. Then she repeated herself and wouldn't leave it up front or said I could go to Smokey Pt and they would fill 3 of my 4 but needed a hard copy of the 4th(which I gave them earlier)along with my insurance card. So I got to the pharmacy at 6:03 and it was all closed up but I could hear that they were still there. I knocked a couple of times but was ignored. So I waited for awhile longer and one of the  staff left looking over at me waiting by the window and kept walking right for the exit. The biggest part that frustrated me was that on the phone I was told I would be taken care of and was not, nor was their any real solution presented to me. Only to drive to Smokey Pt. I recently moved to Everett but liked it here that I came out of my way to use them. I will be looking for a new pharmacy now, but will probably have to wait till I can get back here to get my card back. I guess my experience wasn't overly awful but the lacking in customer service is a big disappointment.

I like Rite Aid as a company, but the pharmacy department at this location isn't the best. They often have issues with their registers, which equates to long lines and lots of waiting. Thankfully, I don't fill any regular prescriptions here, just the occasional antibiotic if I get sick, so I don't have to go in often. It seems that when I do, there is always some issue. These situations are often out of control of the people working, and so I don't blame them.
