Worst customer service experience ever, and from the owner nonetheless. I walked into this location and the cashier, who was the owner, said nothing to me. No greeting, no care about who is walking into his store. So I went ahead and I was to one who greeted him, inside of his own store. After continuing to even then ignore me, I patiently waited assuming perhaps he was having a register difficulty. After about 10 minutes of standing there in the most awkward sense, he then rudely asked me what I wanted. Ok...not sure if he's having a bad day or what. So I kindly put forth a coupon to see if he would accept it but then he shoved my hand away! Literally, shoved my hand away from the counter. I was appalled and shocked with Howard Lee's behavior, especially since his coworkers told me he is the owner of this station. I work for a gas and convenience store like this and we would never in a million years treat our customers like that. God will give Howard a taste of his own medicine. Unless you need some gas, don't support this location.

Friendly staff good prices on tobacco and gas are what keep me coming back. They also prepare cook and sell breakfast in the morning biscuits and gravy and they are surprisingly good they make a great meal on the go for a working man in the morning

Customer service is awesome always has fresh hot foods that are always good. Cashiers always polite and helpful. Convienant location and great prices.

The bad review on this page is from an employee that still works for this company! It is actually a ridiculous review. I worked for this company for 4 years as their manager. Even though I have been with a different company for 5 years now, I still keep in contact with the owners. I loved working for the them. They try their best to run a good business. Employees like this one have almost ruined them. It is very hard to find good employees for the gas station industry, I know I supervise 9 of them now. Shame on you Melissa!

I don't work here anymore because of the constant health code violations and the fact that the owner tried to dictate who I could and could not talk to on my own time as well as the violations of workers rights. But go ahead and defend them. I don't blame you being as you're exactly the same. You threatened to fire a girl because she wanted to come work for this place. The owners drive away their good employees by treating them like crap and they drive away their customers by raising prices beyond convenience. They even tried to limit the amount of creamers and tried to make customer pay for them. Yeah, great place. Say what you want, I am not ashamed for standing up for myself and telling the world the truth. Maybe you should try truth once in awhile.
