I don't know why, but my prescriptions are never in stock at this pharmacy. It doesn't seem to matter what the Dr. prescribes, this pharmacy never has it in stock, and I always have to wait a day, two days or one case a full week to get it. This location is convenient to where I live, but it's to the point that I'm hesitant to have anything else sent here. I keep saying "one more time" and each time, they never have my medicine in stock. And yes, to the point made by others, my husband often has to wait upon arrival, even when the script was called in up to three days previously.

The pharmacy routinely does not have prescriptions ready even when sent hours in advance, requiring customers to wait additional time while they fill it. Most of the pharmacy technicians lack compassion and show little care for their jobs. They should take a lesson from the front desk cashiers who are always friendly and helpful.

The pharmacy went out of their way to try and find an alternative brand of my medication that works for me. I really appreciate that. It did not help unfortunately because they stopped carrying my preferred brand. The only alternatives were one with obvious side effects or the name-brand version that costs significantly more than it's worth. I'm buying the not-so-great brand for now but I'm contemplating trying other pharmacy chains considering their limited options for my particular medication. The people are great and usually cooperative. I have very few complaints about anything.

My husband meds are never ready after they call. Always have to wait 30 min.

waited over 30 minutes for a flu shot on 12/8 around 3pm. Ended up walking out, careless pharm techs
