Walked in the store.....the manager... I guessing was on the phone fussing about the store not being ready for when he got there..I guess. Went to order my food the girl behind the food part was LOUD talking back the guy. The whole situation was a mess...the guy wasnt attentive to the customer. The floor was dirty....smh .I should have went to the other location on Washington Blvd.... Then my food was over cooked....smh the guy was rude.... #terribleexperience

In this store every day, at least 3 times a day. Every one knows me by name, and know what items I typically come in for- which they usually have ready for me when I get to the counter. Even the new hires get to know me as well. As a former employee of royal farms, I'm quite impressed with the services at this location.

Always good for a quick stop. I usually grab a sandwich. Parking is tight when crowded.

Not a very well stocked store witnessed a manger who was breading uncooked chicken come and try to make my turkey wrap before I HAD to ask her to wash her hands so as I food manager myself this ppl should washing there hands everytime they enter they deli so watch out ppl or your going to get sick

Bought 5 chicken tenders from this place, when i got home, they had given me 5 wings instead, tried to call but when someone finally picked up they didnt even bother saying anything, they just hung up. Next day i found myself there again so decided to say something, eventually they told me to leave my name and phone number....never called
