They have good workers and service. Really good management

This store is a joke , and one of their employees (some overweight lady with glasses) I should have gotten her name is rude , I'm not one to act crazy in public but I should have told her off.. shes lucky I have manners and I chose to walk away from her rudeness and petty behavior .

Pharmacy closed before 6 o'clock on Sunday night and I was unable to get my son's medicine that I needed. Won't be using any Rite Aid pharmacy ever again.

It's 7:39am store is closed, website says open at 7am, called they store they say open at 8am...not the best for customers on the run

Rite-Aid Pharmacy keeps giving me an Off brand for my medication, and i take special medicine I can't have generic brands! i have to argue with them in person and on the phone they keep saying, "IT'S THE SAME THING!" it's not and my insurance does cover it. i don't like bothering my psychiatrist to help me get this fixed. I'm sorry to say I'm switching pharmacy.
