Staff are friendly enough, but the lines are always long and move slowly. I have also had issues with the pharmacy re: not having my medication and lacking efficient service and problem-solving. This seems to be a larger Rite Aid brand issue rather than this store in particular. The shelves are well-stocked, the store is tidy, and prices as appropriately marked, so it's an ok store. I've taken my prescriptions elsewhere though.

What happen to customer service? You won't find it at this Rite Aid. I came in the store to get batteries for my blood sugar monitor and came across 2 employees that are in need of additional training in customer service. One employee told me they had the batteries but didn't even try to help me find the right one. At least he was honest. The other employee in the pharmacy just lied to me and said they didn't carry it and that I needed to go to a medical supply store to get it because that battery was very expensive. I went to CVS where I was helped by an employee there and was able to buy the correct battery for a few dollars. That's the last time I'm going to Rite Aid.
