A lot of staff/mgt turnover, but it never improves. Inventory is consistently a problem & what they do have on hand is frequently expired

Glad to have read the previous responses.  I thought this was a personal experience.  Horrible staff.  Smartmouthed store manager, who seemed to careless when I mentioned that I will discuss my experience with higher management.  My first issue, to which I am still unclear, is if the no cash back policy is a store-by-store issue or CVS policy. Second, the staff needs to reconsider if customer service is the field for them.  Good or bad, attitude is reflective from top down.  The manager essentially told me that they don't do cash back and the ATM is over there.

Worst customer service, worst pharmacy staff. Everyone literally looks like they hate their job and the whole process of getting two simple prescriptions filled took OVER AN HOUR. Unapologetic and rude staff who basically ignore you and look so angry that you're even there bothering them. From now on I'll go further way just to avoid this place. Not to mention that there's always boxes of inventory sitting around everywhere and nothing is on the shelves in any kind of orderly fashion.
