Some people should realize they aren't right in a job where they have to talk to people. Customer service is IMPORTANT!

Really rude person in the pharmacy that took my call. I call to refill my prescription and don't have my number. I've been going to rite aid for several years and he is unable to find anything based off my name, birthdate, and makes no effort to confirm he spelled everything right or try to find my file. What a jerk! Just sat in silence at the end of the call bc he just said no with no explanation at all... 

Considered calling back just to get his name to put in this review but I don't want to ever speak to this person again.

I had coupons for formula that printed out from the stores pharmacy printer and when I went you use them it wouldn't scan so they wouldn't accept it.  Like it is the customers fault that it wouldn't scan, when inquiring they were rude and said that's our policy of they don't scan we can't use them..so unprofessional and uncourteous to customers

The pharmacist and the cashier was extremly RUDE!!! Was not a pleasant experience! I have moved my prescriptions to walgreens up the street! Friendly staff and a much better customer service

Not the most cleanest and well stocked Rite Aid. They tend to be expensive as well. But for convince it works.
