Service was rude. Man didn't notify us that he would not be returning us to our original location before we got on the boat (and did not tell us throughout the entire trip) and then unprofessional shoved us off the boat while proceeding to tell us we would have to pay more money to return to a different location. Staff should be more open with costumers instead of taking advantage of tourists.

love the water taxi by river passage there friendly and affordable and fun to ride. get an all day pass for 20 bucks and ride the river all day!

Love this mode of transportation! Easier and more scenic than a taxi ride here. And the prices are great for round trip or one way!
