I made my reservations online about 10 days out, and as promised, I received my confirmation 24 hours later.
Driver Tim was prompt, greeted me at the door, placed all my luggage in his comfortable minivan, and my ride to McCarran was quite enjoyable.
I will absolutely use Tri State  Shuttle for all future airport transportation.

Great customer service on-line and over phone. Driver was exactly on time.
Pleasant ride and I learned a lot about the area. Will definitely ride with them 
again

Notoriously unreliable. Dropped by several travel agencies since the son Tim took over. My plane to Vegas was late and tri state left w/o me which I can understand but then had the audacity to charge me again because thru no fault of my own, I was a no show. They don't answer their phones so when you book online you are at risk of being bumped due to over booking as happened to me and I was informed just hours before my flight that they were unable to accommodate me and then wouldn't refund my money as fares are nonrefundable. Stay away from this rats ass operation. You are better off hitchhiking!!
