Looks NOTHING like pictures on website. No one was in the office, which I was hesitant to even walk into. The floors felt like they were about to give out & it smelled like an ashtray. Too bad because the price & location are right...just needs a major overhaul.

The pictures are terribly wrong from when you pull into this place. It is nasty. She has dogs that she lets run loose And they will chew anything up that is not put away. And not even close to the photos on the web site. The wires at the breaker box burned Into one night and the lady wouldn't even let me move to another lot. I had to repair it myself to get power back to my camper and she didn't seem at all appreciative. She said my camper was drawing to much power. I have a 30 amp camper and the breaker was a 30amp the wires burned Into on the power coming to the breaker. Instead of apologizing and fixing the issue I had to do it. The septic hook up leaks and has duck tape around it holding it in place. The bath, shower, and laundry house is always out of order. Not a place to spend your time at all. And they do not have trails of there own like she states on here site.

Horrible. Stay away. The photos are grossly misleading. Arrived to find a man and woman sitting in front of a disgusting trailer covered in mold with 2 pit bulls off leash. They led us to a spot where other trailers appeared to never have moved. Everything was filthy. No wifi. Power didn't work. We left within 30 mins and never looked back. What a dump.

In all of my years of camping, I have never seen such a filthy site. Abandoned campers, overgrown weeds, services that no longers worked such as tv access, anancd most of all, SULFUR WATER! We paid for this in advance via the internet. We could not stand the smells and left. We asked for refund, still waiting for response!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE
