I'm a very active cyclist and have visited about 25 shops over the past 25 years. I've been to River Trails about a dozen times over the past 10 years. The owner and lead mechanic are the best I've come across. They're passionate and work hard. Most of all, they've given me great advice to help me become a faster rider and to enjoy it more. I've bought mostly clothing, lube, tools, and gels over the years. My next bike just might be from River Trails... River Trails is among the best bike shops in the Midwest.

I bought my last three bikes with River Trail Cycles and the service is incredible.  Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful every time I am in the store.

I have never been treated so badly in the bikes are in my life I've been cycling for over 30 years I can walked in with a $3,000 bike that needed to be fixed after a vandalism and they walk right away for me to carry it back home I will never come into the store again
