Been here a few times looking for a bike, I know next to nothing about bikes but from the moment I started talking to the people here it didn't take long to find out that they knew more than enough and weren't trying to push some expensive stuff that I didn't need on me. 

Each time I go in they're more than happy to help me in any way possible, they've set up bikes on the trainer for me, and let me take them out for test drives, and spent a good amount of time informing me on what's what. They're very knowledgeable staff were able to answer my questions in a very confident manner and we're polite, patient and professional with me and all my noobish questions. 

I work retail and have for a while now and have met all kinds of sales folks, these people are just as happy to help you as they are to let you browse in peace then answer questions you need answered. They're not comission based, and always listen to what you want, need and expect out of a bike before making a recommendation.  I'm definitely getting a bike from this location and going to them for all my tune up and maintenance needs.

I've been to this store multiple times and haven't had a bad experience. The customer service is awesome and they have everything I need for my races and rides as well. The prices are way better than Madison and their is no attitude like some of the other shops. I particularly like Jeremy, who is one of the main mechanics...he is a great guy and has helped me out with info and tips on riding and tips on how to keep my bike in top shape. 5+ stars!

Great store!  I've used 2 Rivers for the past two years for yearly service and upgrading components.  The staff is very knowledgeable and great to work with.  I was looking to upgrade my XC race bike to a 1x11 speed but was not sure about what was compatible with my bike.  Reo was able to help me and ensure everything was done right the first time.  Highly recommend 2 Rivers for any bike shop needs!
