Place is crumbling and ceiling leak this white stuff that eats your paint up. Just dont park under any pipes. Best bet is street level or under the main beams on the rest of levels.

I parked in the ramp on May 2 for an event being held in RiverCentre. Something dripped on the hood of my vehicle while I parked there. A car wash did not remove the lime deposit. It took over a week to get a response from the company. Luke McDonald told me he sent me a voucher to have the hood of my car cleaned. The coupon arrived and it's for a car wash! I called the Downtowner to ask if the coupon was sufficient to get the lime deposit off the hood of my car. They said absolutely not. I had to contact corporate on Facebook to get any kind of response from the office here in MN. Now I have to do the same thing all over again! Impark is a JOKE!

A bit confusing on the exit layout and the cost is a little high. The second start is purely from the wonderful parking attendant that had the ability to make you smile and enjoy your day no matter the situation.

Needed some zip ties to fix the underside of our car. Homie working there after the chance concert came in clutch and hooked us up.
