This is literally the worst parking ramp in the Twin Cities. It is dirty, poorly lit, and absurdly small. There are multiple spaces on each level, near support columns, that are literally not wide enough for a compact sedan to park within the lines. I hate parking here.

Garbage bull signage saying parking empty when floors of parking turn up available if you ignore the signage stating otherwise.

Paying was a pain because I only had cash.  I was unaware you could only pay cash on foot at a pay station that is so slow to take your money that you have to pay more by the time you get done.  Other than that it was fine.
