This is a great Casino to visit any time of the day. Its clean, new and fun. I have won more often than lost and its great entertainment for its size. Have dinner, play and enjoy. There's no reason to waist time traveling to some large far away casino if you need some entertainment here and now. Without planning a whole day or week of travel this casino will give you the perfect weekend of fun and entertainment within your travel time. It's like taking a one day vacation without waiting for a whole year for your vacation week.

Enjoyed our first visit to Rivers Casino. A nice selection of slots and table games. We ate burgers in the food court and we thought they were better than average and reasonably priced. Show your card for a discount or use your points toward the price of the meal. We plan on visiting the casino again.

Much improvement since opening. They still have a long way to go. Don't like that they don't Grandfather you in when a table goes up. Service have improved, dealers getting more experienced.. Much needed more comps!!!

Love the Poker Tournaments here and the High hands every 30 minutes . I won 3 tournaments and a few high hands, Dealers are great here, they remember your name and always make you feel welcome. And I live 15 min away, great place. Can't wait to check out the hotel when it opens...

Although I enjoy the new casino, there are a few issues. I recently went on a night to use my food voucher. The wait time for a pizza was about one hour. I then tried to get some chicken wings and was told the wait was longer than expected because it's a food voucher night and the cooks can't keep up with the supply and demand. Another visit was a gift card giveaway or 25.00 in free play. When I requested my card or free play I was told the cut off time was 8 pm and they were all out of the gift. As far as I could tell there was no time limit or cut off time posted on the giveaway. Therefore , there is room for improvement when providing services promoted.
