Rivers Edge Plumbing was responsive and provided high-quality workmanship.  They left the house as clean as it was before he started.  Charlie is a top notch plumber!  He guided us through alternative solutions to some of our plumbing issues.  He is a true professional and it shows in his end work.  When we need a plumber in the future, we will definitely be calling Rivers Edge Plumbing and asking for Charlie.

Charlie was awesome!! Had to call him out after midnight and he was very pleasant and provided excellent explanations of what he was doing and did a great job cleaning everything up! I had called Roto Rooter first and they say 24-hr service, but obviously don't mean it as they said they couldn't be here until late morning the next day and they would have been way more expensive. I'm so thankful for Rivers Edge and I highly recommend their services.

Just wish they had a bigger number then 5 star rating to give these people.  We have lived in Bismarck for 13 year's and it seems all of our pipes/sinks just quit on us all at once.  We have home insurance to snake or repair anything and this is how we were introduced to them and especially CHARLIE, (in caps because I want you to remember that name).  Charlie came out and was very professional and had a fantastic attitude.  Well after he snaked our pipes to the street about 1 month later all our sinks decided to act up at once.  We called him out and he only took 1 hour to fix 3 sinks with different problems.  When it comes to fast and courteous service they are the ones to beat, trust me we have tried 2 other companies before and they would not be allowed back in lol.  So when you need a job done small or large CHARLIE at Rivers Edge is the one to call, I know I will again.    POST NOTE:  Thank you Rivers Edge!!!!

Charlie at Rivers Edge did a tremendous job of replacing plumbing in our bathroom.  He was very polite and was great about communicating what he was going to do with the work.  Got the work done in a timely and professional manner and cannot say enough good things about our experience.  Great job!
