Been going there for a while and just stopped. My pants always have at least 2 and some times three creases. More then one occasion they came back with the same dirt. I'm talking just plain dirt that water can wash off. The last straw was recently when my pants came back with 3 Tic Tacs in the pocket and a shopping list that were in perfect shape. If they were actually cleaned they should have been dissolved. I'm convinced they are not cleaning some times and only pressing which even that they can't do right. Started going to another place. Wrote a complaint to them. Says they will get back to you. They blew me off so I wrote a review on the BBB web site.

I have been using True Blue cleaners delivery service for a year and a half and have never had one complaint. The service is reliable and they do an excellent job. I send shirts out Tuesday and they are back Friday or vise versa. It is very convenient. They also send emails with appropriate notice around holidays to share scheduling changes.I would highly recommend them, they are efficient, reasonably priced and my husbands shirts / suits look fantastic!

They always do a great job with my dry cleaning in Peterborough. The service is prompt and courteous. I enjoy going their because their work is good, staff is friendly and great to converse with! They always help me to do make my clothes look their best so I can too. Thank you!

I am new to True Blue Cleaners and so far they have done everything as promised.  They have a regular schedule to pick up and drop off at my work and I always get a reminder phone message the day before, which is nice because I would generally forget.  They told me that they do free button repair on shirts and I happened to have one in need.  I simply wrote a note telling them which shirt, attached it to my bag, and the shirt came back fixed.  I asked them to take care of a spaghetti sauce stain on another shirt and they did a spot cleaning on it and the stain was entirely gone.  Only been with the company for two weeks, but so far everything has been fantastic.  Very glad I switched from my previous dry cleaners.  Thanks.

I've used True Blue Cleaners in Merrimack since they opened and on 2 occasions had a terrible customer service experience.  They bring you in with emailed coupons which are only accepted at time of drop off.  On 2 occasions, the "computer system" would not accept the emailed coupon and I spent 15-20 minutes waiting to save $5 off the already expensive dry cleaning.  It wasn't the clerk's fault, but she said it happens all the time.  In my opinion the problem is poor management oversight.  If it happens more than once, then fix the problem, but True Blue obviously is not investing into customer service otherwise this problem would not re-occur.  In what appears to be a dying business, you need to do something to retain customers; increasing prices and poor customer service is not working.
