Its court man. Do people really expect it to be Disneyland. I've done jury duty here, I've been convicted of 2 DUI's here, and I come once a month to make payments. Honestly, the judge that I had was pretty fair. I think they prefer jail deterrence more than a lot of other counties. Honestly, the picking of the jury could be a little more hurried, but hey, I've only done it one time so how do I know? And as far as making payments, I'm always in and out within 7 minutes. The clerks are very quick and don't judge.Well, most of them. The room where you set up payments (first door on the right as soon as you walk in) made some really inappropriate comments I didn't appreciate. Things along the lines of "hey, would you want to see how much more it would be if you go out and get a 3rd DUI" and "they say 3rd time is a charm, (something else about getting a 3rd DUI) " We all make mistakes. We are there doing what we have to in order to move on. Us "criminals" do not need to be reminded of our mistakes, or have them thrown in our face. The biggest complaint I have about the place is parking. You have to pay to park anywhere. Even my attorney was upset that we had been ordered to go here because even he has to pay the parking fee. First 20-30 mins is free, after that, the price racks up. If you're doing jury duty though, it's free. Overall, its a lot better than most court houses aside from the parking, but like I said, we can't expect it to be like Disneyland.

Trash facility. I feel like they specifically try to hire people that hate their lives. Got held up at the metal detector for bringing a coloring book(which is my way of relieving stress) into the building. Hell they're already taking a day from us, TF do you care if we sit and color while we wait. Effing ridiculous.

Very terrible!!! You have to GET there at least an hour and a half early just to make it into the courthouse on time! Madness, I tell you!
